Smart Cartridge's product promise is to provide our customers with a refilled or remanufactured cartridge which is guaranteed to produce 100% printing quality and yield.

We use only the highest quality inks, toners and components to recycle your cartridge. Each cartridge is then thoroughly tested and re-packaged in the Smart Cartridge brand along with our unique test page.

If however you are not completely satisfied with our product then please return the cartridge and test page to the store where purchased and we will offer the following:

• to troubleshoot and repair the cartridge;

• to offer a refilled/remanufactured replacement cartridge;

• full credit towards an OEM replacement cartridge; or

• your money back.

Should one of our products damage your printer, the following procedure will apply:

• Contact the store where the cartridge was purchased.

• Provide evidence to explain how the Smart Cartridge product
  caused damage to your printer and return your printer, recycled
  cartridge and all relevant paperwork to the store where the
  cartridge was purchased.

• If the Smart Cartridge product is proven to be responsible for the
  damage caused to your printer, Smart Cartridge will be fully
  responsible for repairing or replacing the printer.
